This time lapse shows a more modern process of shaping a solid cedar log into a traditional Northwest Coast Indian Canoe. Observe 3 months work condensed into 10 minutes. Many thanks to all the volunteers for helping on this ambitious project.
Following the spreading process, the canoe was moved indoors for fine tuning and embellishing. For details on each step, check out the other videos in the series.
